Mostly I like blogging because I think it's great for journaling, but like most things in my life, I need to pick and choose how best to fill my day, and sadly, my blog often suffers because of it. Honestly, I just can't get away from the books! I would blog about the books, but I don't like other people's opinions on the books I read.. No I am not reading smutty romance novels! I just will never be one to join a book club and here are the reasons:
1. I may like something someone else doesn't, and I prefer not to have it ruined by others
2. number one sums it up nicely.
To better explain this, I am going to liken it to watching movies with my husband. He snorts, comments, moans and asks if we can leave during all the parts I enjoy. Thus, making me not enjoy it at all.
Reading will not end my blogging career, it just makes it less likely to happen as often. Tootles- .......... yes, I'm now going to go read.

i agree. i prefer my opinions about what i read. no book clubs for me either.
I am glad you posted something. It has been awhile. I like your sarcastism so keep it coming. You make me laugh. I am glad someone reads. I read childrens books, does that even count as reading??? You are awesome!
Reading blogs is about the only ready I do, except for reading "Junie B. Jones" books to my kids before bed.
